medication4Please use your repeat prescriptions form if you have one or follow the link on this page to the online form, If you do not have a repeat prescription form, you may leave a written request but we will not accept telephone requests due to the risk of misunderstanding.

Your prescription will usually be ready for collection 48 hours after requested, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Your doctor may ask to see you before issuing a repeat prescription in order to discuss whether the medication is still the best one for your needs.

If you leave a stamp addressed envelope we will return your prescription by post.

You can ask for prescriptions to be sent to one of the local pharmacists but you should allow 3 days between requesting your prescription and going to the pharmacy to collect your medicine.
